EN: A place is confirmed only after (a) the application form is submitted and (b) the program fee is received. Until both are complete, a spot is not held. After we confirm your application, we will email you the bank transfer details; please complete payment within 1 week of receiving that email.

Bank transfer fees for refunds are borne by the family and deducted from the refund. / 返金時の振込手数料は参加者のご負担とし、返金額から差し引きます。
Retained amounts correspond to costs the school has already committed and cannot recover by that date — in particular fees for external instructors — and to a small-cohort place that cannot be re-filled at short notice. / 留保額は、その時点で園が既に確約し回収できない費用（とくに外部講師への講師料）および直前には補充できない少人数の定員枠に対応するものです。
EN: If the program is cancelled by the school — including for too few participants (minimum to run: 5 children), or for force majeure (typhoon, earthquake, major weather, infectious-disease restrictions, or other events beyond our control) — families receive a full refund of the program fee. If the program is cancelled partway through the week, the days not delivered are refunded pro-rata (¥20,000 per day). The school is not liable for other costs families may have incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation).
JP: 園都合で中止する場合 ──最少催行人数（5名）に満たない場合、または不可抗力（台風・地震・荒天・感染症規制その他当園の管理を超える事由）を含む ── 参加費は全額返金します。週の途中から中止した場合は、実施できなかった残り日数分を日割（1日2万円）で返金します。参加者が別途負担した費用（交通・宿泊等）については当園は責任を負いません。
EN: Families must disclose all allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, and medications on the application form. A Japanese lunch is provided. We can accommodate allergies other than wheat; because the lunch uses wheat-based ingredients (e.g., soy sauce, noodles), we cannot provide a fully wheat-free meal. Families of a child with a wheat allergy should consult us before applying, or have the child bring their own lunch. We cannot fully guarantee an allergen-free environment (risk of cross-contamination). In a medical emergency — including where the family cannot be reached — staff may, at the school's discretion, administer first aid and arrange examination, treatment, and transport to a medical facility; families authorize this by enrolling, and are responsible for the resulting medical costs.
JP: 参加者はアレルギー・食事制限・既往・服薬を申込フォームで漏れなく申告します。昼食は和食を提供します。小麦以外のアレルギーには除去対応が可能ですが、和食は小麦を含む食材（醤油・麺類等）を使うため、小麦を完全に除いた昼食はご用意できません。小麦アレルギーのお子さまは、申込前にご相談いただくか、お弁当をご持参ください。コンタミネーション（混入）の可能性があり、アレルゲンの完全除去は保証できません。緊急時で、かつ保護者に連絡が取れない場合を含め、職員は園の判断で応急処置・受診・治療・医療機関への搬送を手配することがあります。申込をもってこれに同意いただき、生じた医療費は参加者のご負担とします。
EN: The school enrolls all participants in event accident insurance covering injuries during the program — including heatstroke — with death/disability, hospitalization, outpatient, and surgery benefits. The school also carries organizer liability insurance for bodily-injury and property-damage claims arising from the event. This event policy covers each day from the start to the end of the program; transport on the kindergarten bus is covered under the kindergarten's regular bus insurance.
JP: 当園は、参加者全員を対象とする行事傷害保険に加入します。会期中の事故によるケガ（熱中症を含む）について、傷害補償（死亡・後遺障害、入院・通院、手術）が適用されます。あわせて、主催者として園が負う対人・対物の賠償責任を補償する保険を付保します。本行事保険の補償期間は各日の行事の開催から終了までです。送迎バス（通常の幼稚園バス）の乗車中は、幼稚園の通常のバス保険で補償されます。
EN: The school takes all reasonable care for children's safety. To the extent permitted by law, the school is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage except where caused by the school's intentional act or negligence. The school is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Participation is at the family's acceptance of these terms.
JP: 当園は子どもの安全に合理的な注意を尽くします。法令で認められる範囲で、当園の故意又は過失による場合を除き、傷害・疾病・紛失・損害について責任を負いません。持ち物の紛失・破損について当園は責任を負いません。参加は本規約への同意を前提とします。
EN: Captured via the application form. Families choose whether images/video of their child may be used (a) internally only, or (b) also in public communications (SNS, website, media). The school honors the choice; opting out does not affect participation.

EN: Label all belongings. The school may, after consultation with the family, ask that a child be withdrawn if continued participation poses a safety risk to the child or others. In such cases, the days not delivered are refunded pro-rata (¥20,000 per day), consistent with §3.
